Prescriptions

Your medical prescriptions are very important to your health. Please take care to follow instructions and pay close attention to the available amount so you do not run out.

If you need to refill a prescription, please call your pharmacy and have them contact our office at (404) 255-4333 during normal hours. We will call in refills within 24 hours. Please give us 24 hours before calling again. Metro Atlanta Gastroenterology physicians will not authorize prescription refills after-hours or on weekends.  Also, Metro Atlanta Gastroenterology physicians will not refill another physician's prescription(s).

Please understand that, in the interest of your health, refilling your medications may require follow-up visits with your physician. We require office visits before prescribing any antibiotic.
